### **What is Real Ale? **

Real ale is beer brewed from traditional ingredients, matured by secondary fermentation in the container from which it is dispensed, and served without the use of extraneous carbon dioxide. It's a living product that continues to mature and develop complex flavours right up until you drink it.

### **Our Real Ale Selection **

- Three rotating guest ales from local and regional breweries
- Carefully selected to showcase the best of British brewing
